Are there customized packages available?

We can work with you to personalize a package that meets your requirements. The packages we offer here are the most common ones businesses want or need. However, you may wish to opt-in on specific functions and include additional tasks not included in the package lists. In addition, we can do a quick review of your books to better determine your monthly costs.

My business activity fluctuates greatly. Do you have a fee structure?

Yes. We do have a fee structure! Please be advised that our fees are based on your needs. Please contact us for more information.

What is a Transaction?

Your monthly fee is based on the volume of transactions. For example, a vendor invoice that needs to be paid would equal two transactions: one for the bill entry and one for processing and entering payment.

Why should we outsource?

It will allow you to focus on growing your business and saving money. An average employee salary of $45,000 can cost about $58,500 a year, including employment taxes, health and life insurance, vacation and sick days, retirement, etc. We can provide you with the same expertise as a full-time employee at a fraction of the cost.

Do you have to have a contract?

We offer yearly contracts that are automatically renewed until you discontinue our services with a written notice.

What type of accounting program do you use?

QuickBooks Online is our preferred program. We are also familiar with the Wave accounting program.

What is included in the setup process?

Whether or not you have bookkeeping in practice, setup will take 3 to 6 weeks to complete. It depends on how quickly you can get us everything we need. If you’ve already set up your accounts, we still have to check your chart of accounts and the current state of your bookkeeping. We’ll also walk you through getting access to all that we need to view your company’s finances fully. For example, we’ll need to be able to log in to your payment processors, such as Shopify or Stripe, and get exclusive view-only access to your bank and credit cards.

Do you have a minimum?

Fees are from $500 monthly.
